- Consultation: Our team will reach out to schedule a consultation with you to discuss your needs and preferences for your wedding photography and videography. This is the time to ask any questions you may have and to get to know us better.
- Package Selection: Based on your consultation, our team will present you with our packages and help you select the one that best fits your needs and budget.
- Contract Signing: Once you’ve selected your package, our team will provide you with a contract that outlines the details of your package, including the date and location of your wedding and any additional services you’ve requested.
- Pre-Wedding Planning: Our team will work with you to plan out the photography and videography schedule for your wedding day. We’ll make sure that we have enough time to capture all of the important moments, including the pre-ceremony, ceremony, reception, and any other special events.
- Wedding Day: On your wedding day, our team will arrive early to set up and prepare for the day. They’ll be there to capture all of the special moments, from the first look to the last dance.
- Post-Wedding Processing: After your wedding, our team will begin processing your photos and videos. You can rest assured that your wedding memories will be ready in a timely manner within just 14 days of your wedding day.
- Delivery and Review: Once your photos and videos are ready, our team will provide you with a link to access them online. You can review your memories and share them with friends and family.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN PHOTOGRAPHING WEDDINGS?
Between our team, we have Wedding experience ranging from 3 to 15 years.
HOW FAR ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?
Distance is no object. Although we are based in the West Midlands, we have photographed weddings all over the U.K – from Scotland to London Weddings.
HOW LONG DO YOU STAY AT A WEDDING?
You choose how long you’d like us there. In fact you can tailor-make your own package.
CAN FRIENDS AND FAMILY SEE MY PHOTOS ONLINE?
Yes. We upload your images on a secure gallery, which are then available to you and anyone else you wish to share them with.
WHAT HAPPENS BEFORE OUR WEDDING?
It’s important to stay in touch, we do Unlimited pre-wedding consultations (these could be face to face, Skype or Zoom) and 5 days prior to the event we reconfirm all the details.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER OUR WEDDING?
- Step 1 -we upload the Wedding Trailer.
- Step 2 -your images are posted online to view along with a link to download the high resolution versions.
- Step 3 – you will receive the Wedding Video Draft along with a form about your desired songs or small changes.
- Step 4 – A Skype Meeting with our Video Editor, for final touches on the Video; shortly after that, we will post the USB to you.
Times may vary, until now we have delivered within 2 weeks but we typically commit to deliver in 2 weeks, the Wedding Photos and 4 weeks, the final Wedding Film.
HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS WILL WE GET?
We don’t have a set number, the nature of the service makes it impossible to give a set number. However on average we deliver around 500+.
WILL YOU HELP US MAKE DECISIONS IF NECESSARY?
Yes, we assist you every step of the way, whenever you need us.
DO YOU TAKE GROUP SHOOTS?
We do do group shoots – the time we spend on it varies on the wedding style – sometimes we will organise this section very quickly, then move on and sometimes, there is a requirement for many more “formal photographs” (in Asian weddings, or weddings with a large number of guests).
We discuss it in the pre-wedding consultation.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU'RE ILL ON MY WEDDING DAY?
We have never missed a wedding!
But just in case, we are a team, there’s always someone with similar experience to step in; what’s more.. we have actively networked with many other professional wedding photographers or videographers.
